Some projects start with a pretty idea. Others start with a need deep in your heart.
Dear Heart started with the second kind. ♡

A Place to Pour My Heart Out
I wanted a place where I could pour my heart out to God. Not just the tidy prayers, or the thoughts that already made sense. The messy ones, too. The worries, the hopes, the questions, the gratitude, and those moments when all I can really say is, “Lord, my heart is heavy.”
I don’t always know how to explain everything I’m carrying. But I love the reminder that I don’t have to find the perfect words before coming to Him. Sometimes I just need to sit down, be still for a moment, and write.
That little need grew into Dear Heart—a gentle place for prayer, reflection, Scripture, and the everyday pieces of life that I want to bring before God.
What You’ll Find Inside ♡
I designed Dear Heart as a 16-page printable Christian prayer journal and faith planner. There are pages for daily journaling and prayer, Scripture memory, answered prayers, weekly heart check-ins, goals, planning, and little victories worth remembering.
One page in particular means a lot to me: “My Heart Is Heavy.” Because sometimes that’s exactly where we are. And I wanted there to be room for those days, too.
The pages are undated, so there’s no falling behind. You can begin where you are, print the pages you need, and return whenever your heart needs that quiet space.
From My Heart to Yours
I know a printable journal can’t fix a difficult day, and it isn’t meant to. My hope is simply that it gives you a peaceful little place to slow down, open your heart to God, and remember you’re welcome to come to Him just as you are.
If Dear Heart sounds like something your heart could use, you can find the printable in my Etsy shop, Rooted in Grace Prints. ♡
With love and a whole lot of grace,
Katie ♡
